1. The service

Yanan provides business tools for performers, artists and their managers: a public profile and booking page, an assistant that answers visitors, contact and lead management, email outreach, calendar and booking tracking, and related features. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn as the product develops.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to hold an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account.
• One person, one account. You may not share an account or transfer it to someone else without our agreement.

3. Your content and your contacts

You keep ownership of everything you upload: your bio, photos, press kit, videos, knowledge base entries and the contacts and leads in your CRM. You grant Yanan the limited licence needed to store, display and process that content in order to run the service for you — for example showing your public profile to visitors, or letting the assistant answer from your knowledge base.

You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload and for how you use the contact details the service collects or helps you find, including complying with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and anti-spam rules when you email people.

4. Acceptable use

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, with notice where practical.

• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content or activity.
• No sending unsolicited bulk email, and no ignoring an opt-out. Every message sent through the service must honour unsubscribe requests.
• No attempting to access other users' data, probe the service's security, or overload it.
• No scraping or bulk-exporting the shared lead directory for use outside the service.

5. Plans, credits and payment

Free and paid plans include monthly allowances for lead lookups, emails and assistant messages. Allowances reset each calendar month and unused credits do not roll over. Paid plans are billed in Philippine pesos in advance; prices and inclusions are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

6. Third-party services

Yanan runs on third-party infrastructure and integrates with third-party services (for example for hosting, email delivery, maps and AI models). Those services have their own terms. We choose them carefully but do not control them.

7. Assistant and AI features

The assistant on your profile and inside your dashboard generates text automatically. It answers from the information you provide and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing bookings, quotes and messages before relying on them or sending them.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", especially during the beta. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Yanan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost bookings, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your profile, bookings, contacts, leads, campaigns and uploaded files. We may close accounts for breach of these terms or if the service is discontinued, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing. Questions: hello@yanan.io.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
